WHAT IS A BREAKAWAY BUCKLE? 

Also commonly called a 'Safety' or 'Quick Release' collar — when tugged on with at least 5 lbs of pressure, the buckle auto-releases to allow the cat to easily escape in an emergency without a human's aid. This could be beneficial if a cat had its collar stuck on something (like a fence, or in a fight with another animal outside, etc.). This buckle is not recommended for cats to be walked on a leash. The Goodest Pet shall not be held responsible for any related effects resulting from one's decision to use these collars with a leash.

Please ensure that your kitty is heavy enough to have the strength to pull apart the safety buckle. A kitten that is too young is advised to wear a collar specifically for kittens.

Check and re-check collars regularly, particularly if your cat is still growing or putting on weight.

WHAT'S YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

Each item in my shop is handmade to order, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. I try my hardest to get your products to you as soon as possible. So we thank you for your patience! 
We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped and provide you with tracking information. All our orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues/arrival time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email confirmation when your items have shipped. Please check that all shipping/billing addresses are correct!

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG, HOW DO I CHANGE IT? 

Please email any shipping adjustments to hello@thegoodestpet.com. Once the order is placed you will have a 24 hour window period to change address. 
If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or a forgotten unit number, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order to have the package re-shipped.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship internationally! Please note all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. These may vary by country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. But I am always be willing to chat and make sure you are helped with any issues!
