WHAT'S YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Each item in my shop is handmade to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. I try my hardest to get your products to you as soon as possible. So we thank you for your patience! 
We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped and provide you with tracking information. All our orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues/arrival time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email confirmation when your items have shipped. Please check that all shipping/billing addresses are correct!

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG, HOW DO I CHANGE IT? 
Please email any shipping adjustments to info@thegoodestpet.com. Once the order is placed you will have a 24 hour window period to change address. 
If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or a forgotten unit number, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order to have the package re-shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship internationally! Please note all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. These may vary by country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. But I am always be willing to chat and make sure you are helped with any issues!

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED ORDES?
I don't offer the option for custom requests at this time.
